I have a fresh install at http://yanks.notposted.com and I set up the sso and ran zkbfetch. I initially got some kills loaded between the 2 of them but only 309 total, which is way below what my corp has.
SSO
When I click on fetch kills in sso i get the following:
Fetching for Killlog for KipKilliGin (corp):
0 kills posted, 324 skipped.
1) why are mails skipped?
2) do i have to manually fetch kills everytime or will they automatically load? (if auto, then that part is not working for me)
3) how far back does it look?
zkbfetch
If I set the date to the oldest killmail that zkillboard has for my corp, which is 2007-12-06 17:27:00, then it runs for maybe a minute if that and then I get an http error 500 page. If I create a new one and leave the default created date then I get this: ZKBApi: https://zkillboard.com/api/corporationID/618890022/
0 kills were posted and 0 were skipped (0 kills fetched). Timestamp of last kill: 2019-02-05 12:00:00
Any suggestions where to look?
Issues with SSO and zkb fetch
Re: Issues with SSO and zkb fetch
Hi,
sorry for my late reply.
For SSO, you get only kills/losses within the last 90 days. That's a restriction on CCP's side.
1) EDK will fetch all kills the API returns and checks for each if it has already been posted. If so, it is skipped.
2) There is a cron job for fetching kills from esi (cron/cron_esi.php) and zKB (cron/cron_zkb.php). Recommended call intervals can be found in thecron/readme file.
3) see above
ZKBFetch always returns 200 mails at once. EDK tries to post them, but that may take longer than your PHP installation's maximum execution time. This could lead to a 500 error. To counter this, there is a setting for an upper limit how many kills should be processed each run. Try to lower that setting.
For fetching all your corp's kills from zKB, your first approach with the timestamp from 2007 was correct. Just try to limit the number of kills to be posted at once.

Re: Issues with SSO and zkb fetch
I lowered it to 10, the lowest setting, and it still gives the 500 error message. Any other suggestions? I am contacting host to see if there is anything on my end that can be done as well.
Re: Issues with SSO and zkb fetch
For what it is worth, I also tried several versions of php. i increased the max_execution_time in php to multiple different values all the way to 3000.
Re: Issues with SSO and zkb fetch
Okay, then we might actually look at another problem.
At the bottom of the release post for EDK 4.2.2.0 there's a known issues section, with a hotfix linked for two files. Did you already apply that hotfix?
If not, please try that next (Link: http://www.evekb.org/forum/viewtopic.ph ... 081#p50590 )
If you already did: EDK logs errors while posting to cache/error.log. Could you please zip that file and PM it to me for further analysis?
