[solved]fetch and solar systems

Post by Ershess » Sun Feb 24, 2019 13:29

Hi,

just installed KB, and faced few issues =(

1) On a main page it should be : Full Install Package 4.4.2.0: Download (MD5: D31AEB2B944D9AF1412C02B990E4A925),
but in fact it's de4cf126cad1095d0a6d64a9b09b0f36 evedev-kb-4.4.zip

2) when I try to fetch kill mails (SSO Keys -> fetch kills) I got lots of errors:

0 kills posted, 77 skipped.
Unknown solar system ID: 30001858, KillID = 73699505
Unknown solar system ID: 30003104, KillID = 73766860
Unknown solar system ID: 30003104, KillID = 73766862
Unknown solar system ID: 30003148, KillID = 73784581
Unknown solar system ID: 30001858, KillID = 73805684

But, when DB looks good:

mysql> select * from kb3_systems where sys_id = 30001858;
+----------+------------+----------+-------------+------------+------------+----------+
| sys_id | sys_con_id | sys_name | sys_x | sys_y | sys_z | sys_sec |
+----------+------------+----------+-------------+------------+------------+----------+
| 30001858 | 20000275 | 4GQ-XQ | -1.24254e17 | 2.72214e16 | 3.23255e17 | -0.02942 |
+----------+------------+----------+-------------+------------+------------+----------+
1 row in set (0.00 sec)

3)
./cron_esi.php

2019/02/24 11:27:33 - Starting ESI Import
[WARNING] Endpoint https://esi.evetech.net/v2/universe/names/ warning: 199 - This route has an upgrade available
[WARNING] Endpoint https://esi.evetech.net/v2/universe/names/ warning: 199 - This route has an upgrade available
...

and after that same errors as in 2)

Troubleshooting and File Verification looks good, database also reinstalled.

Hi,

thanks for reporting.

1) The linked file is hosted separtely from Github and I checked the hash again, and it's correct. The file you can download from Github may have a different hash value.

2)
I just checked with one of these kills (fetched from zKB), that worked. So there's no inherent problem :)

The first thing I'll ask you to do is trying to clear the cache. In ACP -> Cache, please check the checkboxes for clearing the killmail cache, object cache and file cache at the bottom of the page, then hit save.
After that, please try again and see if that helps.

3)
Thanks for the heads-up, according to CCP's ESI change log, the new route will be promoted to "latest" state on March 7th. I'll generate a new ESI client then, using the then latest endpoint info.

Best Regards,
Salvoxia

Hi,

thanks for reply.

I was able to fix everything.

There were 2 issues - php should be 7.0 (not the latest one like 7.2, etc) and some database issues (fixed them during re-installation).

Hi,

thanks for reporting back!
I did some testing with PHP 7.3.2 and ironed out the kinks that sprang up. The remaining main problem seems to be that Smarty needs to be updated.
I'll look at that as well.

Best Regards,
Salvoxia
