Anyone up to making a theme?

Would like to get a killboard theme made for my corp that the updates wont be impossible to get ahold of or something easy enough for me to update (be shown how to) the theme when eve has updates itself. Shoot me an eve mail or post here with what you think and an isk amount! Thanks for anything that could be done.
