Hi,

yes, when logged in as admin you can manually correct item prices.

I created a mod out of the EVEMarketer cronjob and tested it with the current version. After enabling the mod the cron job should work now.
However, be advised that it's running a very long time. Took about 15 minutes to finish during my tests.
That might explain your Gateway Timeout.
