Could you please replace your common/includes/class.esiparser.php with this one (right click -> save as) and check if that helps?

Could you please try manually deleting the file cache/update/update2.xml check again?

The file you have deleted should have been redownloaded.

No, no new file download whereas other kb it works.
And it's strange because in the original file i have this :
<codeVersion latest="4.2.13.0">
There is an impact if take an update2.xml from other kb and i set it to fail kb ?

Is there no new file even after forcing updating the description file?

No, that should not have any negative effects.
But regardless, can you check that evekb.org can be reached from the server that one killboard is running on?

yes i can ping without problem
When i fetched ESI kill i have this error also :
