could you please check the section "Known issues" at the bottom of this post?
The hotfix for the first one should help with these issues.

yes it helped, but only after everything was reinstalled from Gita and replaced 2 files
replace your common/includes/class.corporation.php
replace your common/includes/class.esiparser.php
